Our minimum production varies depending on the product. If you need a smaller number of pieces, we can gladly make them for you, but the price increases by 30%.
For ties, the minimum is 30 pieces per design.
For scarves, the minimum is 30 pieces per design.
For face masks, the minimum is 50 pieces per design.
For t-shirts, the minimum is 10 pieces per design.
For flags, the minimum is 1 piece per design.
To provide you with a better service, in most of our products shipping is included. We use FedEx or Estafeta courier services and the "Next day" modality, which means that it will arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
Please note that even though shipping is included, it is important to know that the risk is on the customer since we have no control over what happens during shipping. Our job ends when we deliver the order to the courier service.
Our delivery time is 10 business days from the moment you make your payment and approve your design. If you need your production earlier, we can review it to see if we can deliver it earlier.
Preferably yes, but if you don't have it, we are happy to make several design proposals for you. However, we need it to be in an editable format, curves (Adobe Illustrator) or editable PDF.
No, all of our productions are customized, so we do not have anything in stock.
